How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?

All bottles are packed in temperature-controlled, shock-resistant packaging to ensure they reach your cellar in pristine condition, regardless of the weather.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?

We stand by our collection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full replacement or store credit.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any alcohol delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, King's Wine Cellar ships to select states within the US and international destinations where local laws permit the direct shipment of alcohol.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery window.
