At King's Wine Cellar, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your selection is corked or damaged, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned bottles remain at least three-quarters full to allow our sommelier team to verify any quality issues.
Return Process

Email our support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the defect or damage.
- 2.Document the Issue
Provide a clear photograph of the damaged bottle, label, and cork to help us expedite the verification process with our vineyards.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
Carefully repackage the bottle using the original protective transit materials to ensure it reaches our cellar safely without further breakage.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our experts inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
